Comments: Chicago group formed in 1957. Originally knowned ad "The Roasters". Members were Jerry Butler , Curtis Mayfield , Sam Gooden , and brothers Arthur and Richard Brooks. those 2 ones left the group in 1962, Jerry Butler left in 1958. Curtis Mayfield left in 1970 and were replaced by Leroy Hutson. In 1973 after leroy's leaving Reggie Torian & Ralph Johnson( Mystique) replaced him.
