	SCEPTER records has a special place in the black music history. It is one of the first (or probably the first one) company to have pressed 12" inches singles, under Test pressing at the beginning. Founded by Florence GREENBERG, later PRELUDE Records Boss. Home of Tom Moulton, he did at Scepter his first arms !!!
