	This label is famous for most of Funk fans, because it was the home of the Fatback band after they're Perception's years. It also brought Millie Jackson (Do You Remember those Hotttt Jackets !!!). In 1983 it moved into banckrupcy, and re-emerged in mid 80's as an independent label distributed by POSSE Records. Spring Subsidiary Records Labels were: Event Records.
