Au 1er trimestre 2002, TOMMY BOY a fait faillite. La première conséquence à été la signature d'un contrat avec le label ELEKTRA pour le groupe DE LA SOUL, et la non-réalisation du 3ème opus de leur projet AOI. Tommy Boy records goes to bankrupcy on the first quarter of 2002.First consequence of this, is the new deal signed by DE LA SOUL with ELEKTRA records., and the non released of the third part of the AOI part III" project.
